What types of apartment can you manage?
From studios to exceptional apartments, every project begins with a conversation about your property, its location, your expectations and the rental options. We then shape our service around your needs.
What does your service include?
Depending on the agreed scope: preparing and presenting the home, managing enquiries and stays, welcoming guests, housekeeping, linen, maintenance and coordinating works. The scope and any additional services are set out in your proposal.
How are your fees determined?
We prepare a tailored proposal after assessing your apartment and your needs. It sets out our fees, the services included and any additional costs or services.
Can I reserve dates for my own use?
Your preferred dates for personal use are part of the initial assessment. Calendar arrangements and applicable terms are agreed together in your contract.
How will I be kept informed about my apartment?
We agree with you how to stay in touch: updates on stays, maintenance, works and relevant information. Reporting arrangements and approval of expenses are defined before we begin.
Is my home eligible for short-term rental?
This depends on the property’s situation and local rules. We begin by reviewing your plans and the applicable procedures. An assessment of rental potential is not permission to let.
Do you only manage properties in Paris?
Paris is at the heart of our business. Our portfolio also includes homes on the Mediterranean coast and in Spain. For a project in Cannes, Saint-Tropez, Lyon or another destination, contact us to discuss suitable arrangements.
